From 25 to 26 November 2025, POWERinU Training and Coaching LLP organized a two-day public workshop at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport. The workshop was for leaders seeking to strengthen their coaching and mentoring skills. The N.E.W.S.® “Manager as Coach and Mentor” (MAC): Impactful Leadership Conversations program brought together leaders committed to growing their impact through practical, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.
Participants approached the workshop with openness, curiosity, and a genuine desire to develop their leadership capabilities. Their energy, insights, and real-life experiences enriched discussions and brought the program’s tools to life, creating an interactive and collaborative learning environment.
One participant, POWERinU Collaborator Sandy Livelo Hernandez, reflected on the experience:

As the program’s trainer and coach, Elaine Cercado expressed her enthusiasm for the participants’ growth, clarity, and confidence. She highlighted the positive ripple effects that these leaders will bring to their teams and coachees as they apply the principles of coaching and mentoring in their daily leadership conversations.
