In partnership with Cegos Asia Pacific, POWERinU Managing Director and Leadership Consultant Elaine Cercado recently co-facilitated a dynamic workshop with Shawn D’Cotta for Siemens Energy during the company’s Asia-Pacific meeting held last September 25 in Bintan, Indonesia.
The session brought together around 30 leaders from Siemens Energy’s Business Development teams across the region. The workshop focused on strengthening essential leadership capabilities such as influencing and storytelling, empathetic listening, stakeholder management, and navigating conflict with resilience.
Participants actively engaged in discussions and exercises designed to enhance their ability to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and build stronger relationships across diverse teams. The high level of openness and collaboration throughout the session made the learning experience both impactful and inspiring.
Elaine expressed her gratitude to co-facilitator Shawn D’Cotta, Camille Tan, PBM of Cegos Asia Pacific, and the Siemens Energy team for the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of their leaders in the region.
