Elaine Cercado, Founder and Managing Director of POWERinU Training & Coaching LLP, took part in the N.E.W.S.® Global Partner Congress last April 24-28, 2025, where over 40 partners from 25 countries gathered in Madrid to celebrate the richness of diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
From the welcome remarks by N.E.W.S.® Founder Aviad Goz to the closing reflections, the entire three-day event was a powerful affirmation of shared learning and global partnership. Every session and speaker contributed to a collective experience that showcased the versatility and depth of the N.E.W.S.® Partner Network.
A highlight of the Congress was the reflection shared by Marina Giareni, newly appointed Global IP Head, who captured the spirit of the gathering with the phrase “Panta Rhei”—Greek for “Everything flows.” As echoed by the quote, “No man ever steps on the same river twice,” the Congress reinforced how individuals and organizations are in a constant state of becoming, evolving, and growing.
Innovative solutions co-created by N.E.W.S.® and its partners across continents were presented throughout the Congress. These solutions—at the intersection of AI, strategy, coaching, emotional intelligence, leadership, and transformation—offered powerful, future-ready tools with real-world applications. Their relevance and impact on modern workplaces were evident.
Beyond the formal sessions, Elaine shared that the most memorable moments were the human connections—conversations during meals, casual bus rides, walking tours around Madrid, or even dancing. The warmth of the N.E.W.S.® Partner Community made every mile traveled from Singapore to Spain deeply worthwhile.
In his closing message, Aviad Goz called the community to its next phase: “Diversified Ascent.” As the world continues to change rapidly and demands grow, the Congress demonstrated the Partner Network’s collective strength—anchored in diversity and co-creation—to grow together and create lasting impact for organizations, teams, and individuals across the globe.
