Great teams don’t just move forward. They make sure they are moving forward together.
On 20–21 October, I had the privilege of facilitating the Team Re-Navigation Workshop with HFSE International School as part of Project SOL-HCD (Strategic Organizational, Leadership & HR Capability Development).
Building on the project’s initial alignment and planning, this two-day journey brought the team together to reflect, realign, and navigate the road ahead.
Because having a vision is one thing. Getting everyone aligned on where we are going, why it matters, how we will get there, and how we will overcome the obstacles along the way is what turns vision into collective action.
Through the N.E.W.S.® Team Navigation framework, method and tools by N.E.W.S.® Navigation, the team explored its direction, motivations, plans, and potential barriers—creating space for shared understanding, stronger commitment, and greater ownership of the journey ahead.
For us at POWERinU Training and Coaching, this is what meaningful organizational development looks like: not simply creating plans, but building alignment, accountability, and the collective capacity to turn plans into progress.
Project SOL-HCD is a journey, not a one-off intervention. The Team Re-Navigation Workshop is an important step in strengthening the organizational, leadership, and human capital capabilities that will support HFSE’s continued growth into its next phase.
