Last 20th of February 2025, POWERinU Training and Coaching (Singapore) formally launched its partnership with N.E.W.S.® Navigation, to deliver the award-winning N.E.W.S. Compass® created by Aviad Goz, through a discovery workshop entitled ”LEADING for GROWTH using the N.E.W.S.® Compass”, where we explored frameworks, methods and tools from the widely recognized NEWS Compass® for Leadership Navigation.
We linked navigation and leadership after an opening activity called “My Sailboat” ⛵️ and then operated the NEWS Compass® for Navigation. We walked through the 3 Steps in Navigation and began to create “The North” ⬆️ Direction of Greatness, Next Phase and Strategic Drivers.
The feedback and comments we received were very heartwarming and encouraging. The successful applications of the NEWS Compass® for leadership and personal development, team alignment, culture building, strategic planning, organizational development, business transformation and many others demonstrated the power of this framework and tool.
