Leadership Development Journey towards Growth, Unity and Greatness

In times of rapid change both internally and externally, teams need to co-navigate in real time. This constant navigation process needs to be based on mutually agreed & aligned team strategy, vision, values & culture.

At the same time, team leaders need to lead and engage their teams to achieve goals in the midst of chaotic movement and change. Teams that are not focused and aligned find it difficult to produce sustainable results.

In the context of these needs, HFSE International School partnered with POWERinU Training and Coaching LLP in Singapore to design, develop and deliver the relevant solutions.

Last May 2024, HFSE embarked on a journey, the Team Navigation®, which is a process of aligning compasses among team members so that teams could achieve high level of performance and excellence together. Check https://lnkd.in/gqWecKEA

Then last June 2024, HFSE kicked off the Leaders Development program, a total of 9 modules focused on leading self and leading others, implemented over 4 months.

Congratulations to all the leader-participants from both Academic and Admin departments! I’m also very grateful for the visionary leadership & wonderful support of CEO Ninalyn Sulit – Cacananta. The HFSE values, and the joy of learning, engaging & collaborating, were very evident during the workshops. These were priceless moments!

To-date, we’ve completed 3 modules on Leading Self & 4 modules on Leading Others. Two modules on Storytelling will be completed this October 2024.

We’re immensely happy & honored with the evaluation rates & feedback received. The top-rated criteria were:
🎉Leading Self: over-all usefulness & trainer’s knowledge of subject -both 4.73 out of 5
🎉Leading Others: over-all usefulness, trainer’s knowledge of subject & rapport with trainer -all were 4.73 out of 5

On top of all, I learned a lot from the active engagements & felt so blessed to facilitate both the Team Navigation & the Leaders Development. I was assured much by the feedback, such as
