If you are looking for a great management book that will help you change the way you think about how you communicate and interact with other people, then this book is for you.
The book is very insightful as it presents the ‘lies’ we usually have that color our judgments and stop us from truly understanding a situation or a person. Instead of blaming others, you are encouraged to look to yourself and behonest and forgiving so you can best move forward with your new-found learnings or realizations.
It’s a book that is recommended to be read over and over every few years. I’ve kept mine in my shelf and I never stop appreciating the concepts every time I read them.
