Last 15th of June 2012, de’POWERinU’s (now POWERinU) Paulette Lirio and Elaine Cercado jointly delivered a 1-day training called “Managing Human Capital for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth,” as organized by Singapore Manufacturer’s Federation (SMa) at SPRING Singapore building.
Attended by HR managers, general managers, operations /finance / admin managers and production managers from various companies and industries, the training aimed to: 1) understand global and Asian trends in human capital management, especially in fast-aging societies in the world; 2) draw relationships on workplace values, culture and people management practices; 3) explain and apply how performance is driven by managing and developing people; 4) create strategies to deal with people issues during a change to build an inclusive and performance-driven workplace culture.
