These companies, most likely, failed to predict the uncertainties regarding future directions; address the absence of inner motivation amongst its team members; raise causes of inhibitions, limiting beliefs, fears and barriers to success; and more.
To build a high-performing team, every member must embrace shared leadership principles, take accountability, and actively contribute. This requires raising their voices and collectively answering the following questions:

>> Why should we look for the team’s sources of motivation, common values, better engagement to further drive our strategic objectives?
>> How will we break through our limiting beliefs and barriers?
>> Why not?
