ASEANHR.org gathered ASEAN Business Leaders, Global Entrepreneurs and Corporate Executives last September 12 and 13, 2019 to discuss the gaps in business perception, solve challenges of in-house corporate HR, expand HR Business Partnerships roles, Mergers and Acquisition model and Corporate remodeling, and get updated on latest technology that affects the nature of our work and life.
During Day 1 morning of the summit, Director of POWERinU Training and Coaching Philippines, Inc. PENNY BONGATO held an HR Masterclass on Change Management. The three-hour session was filled with interactive activities and the receptive attendees made the morning a lively and engaging learning session for everyone.
Meanwhile, during Day 2 of the summit, a panel discussion on “BUILDING LEADERS DURING HR AND ORGANIZATION TRANSFORMATION” was held with RJ Ledesma, Co-Founder – Mercato Centrale Philippines and EasyFranchise, as moderator. The panelists were Penny Bongato – POWERinU Director and Certified Canfield Trainer in the Success Principles, Ivy De Borja – Director of Human Resources & Recruitment of Harte Hanks, Atty.
