POWERinU completes the first public run of the Building Excellent Sales Team (BEST) Program this November 2022

POWERinU offered the first public-run of the Building Excellent Sales team (BEST) Program this November 2022. The facilitator-led online trainings were given in 4 half-day sessions to ensure that participants have time to take-in, study and practice their learnings as they move from module to another, even though each module can be taken separately.

The participants came from various industries, such as agricultural chemical manufacturing, production, trading and marketing, heavy equipment rental, food trading, distribution and manufacturing, and cyber-security. They were highly engaged in the discussions, and ample, dedicated time were allotted to practices and role plays. Everyone was game to try to apply their skills, and the facilitators and participants also provided constructive feedback to those play-acting which led to a rich discourse and pertinent best-practice sharings.

The 3-module program focused on the foundational business development, selling and account managing skills with the objective of teaching the skills, processes and tools that will help teams achieve business development, sales and account management plans and activities with more predictable, repeatable and measurable results.
