A series of leadership workshops were delivered by POWERinU Director Penny Bongato to ARMCO Partners last April 30, 2019, and May 6, 2019.
ARMCO did an internal training needs analysis, and from there, POWERinU developed and delivered workshops that focused on improving the critical leadership competency gaps identified by the new and experienced leaders-managers.POWERinU’s leadership workshops, based on the module design and methodology from TCOB (Taking Care of Business) solutions, focused on the following leadership competencies:
- STRATEGIC THINKING
- ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION
- TIME MANAGEMENT
