In collaboration with our global learning partner, Cegos Asia-Pacific and B-Con of Japan, we delivered two successful runs of the Managing @ AIG workshops targeted for the managers-leaders of AIG Philippines from various functions or departments.
One of the key takeaways from the workshop: always BALANCE the task processes (eg. goal setting, implementing) and people processes (eg. giving feedback, building culture, continuous learning). To be successful people managers, you need to do both and need to communicate with your team members throughout.
