The 4-day workshop was first delivered in Bangkok, Thailand last November 2014 and was attended by participants from China, South East Asia, Japan. The second run was delivered in Delhi, India last January 2015 for the India Team.
A key takeaway from the session on change management: It’s critical to develop TRUST when driving/leading change. While a key takeaway from the session on motivations and managing performance: Know your “WHYs” (i.e.why do you wake up and get to work in the morning?). When you know your purpose, you become more confident and you attract and inspire people with your strong belief! There were also sessions focused on communication skills, people and performance management, and organizational climate/culture-building.
